定制濟(jì)南工作服時(shí)的布料檢查一般以隨機(jī)抽樣形式進(jìn)行，從整批來(lái)布中，任意挑選一定數(shù)量的樣本，用視覺審察以決定整批的品質(zhì)。布料檢查包括下列幾項(xiàng)基本要點(diǎn)：

將準(zhǔn)備檢查的布卷，逐一放在驗(yàn)布機(jī)上，利用米表或碼表量度每匹的長(zhǎng)度，然後將所得長(zhǎng)度與布卷標(biāo)簽上長(zhǎng)度核對(duì)，并將結(jié)果記錄在驗(yàn)布報(bào)告表上。

由於紗支限重量成正比例，所以可以利用天秤或電子磅來(lái)檢定紗線的細(xì)度。檢查人員從批核樣辦中抽出一個(gè)長(zhǎng)度的經(jīng)紗，放在天秤的一邊，然後從來(lái)布中抽出同一長(zhǎng)度的經(jīng)紗，放在天秤的另一邊。如果天秤保持平衡，這表示來(lái)布和批核樣辦的經(jīng)紗支數(shù)是相同的;但如果天秤出現(xiàn)不平衡，這便表示兩者支數(shù)存著差異。檢查員可以重復(fù)以上辦法來(lái)檢定緯紗的細(xì)度。

檢查人員可以利用放大鏡或布鏡將布料的密度放大，利用肉眼點(diǎn)算在一平方寸內(nèi)經(jīng)紗和緯紗的數(shù)目，然後將所得數(shù)目與規(guī)格或批核樣辦相比，便可知道來(lái)布的密度是否合符標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

跟檢查經(jīng)緯密度一樣，檢查人員可以利用放大鏡或布鏡，觀察布料的平紋、斜紋、緞紋等的組織結(jié)構(gòu)是否正確。重量撿查人員可以利用電子磅來(lái)檢定布料的重量，利用圓形切樣器，在每匹布料不同部位，切出一百平方厘米的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)面積，然後放在測(cè)量布重電子磅上，螢?zāi)槐懔⒓礈?zhǔn)確地顯示該塊布料的重量。
