我們對工作服的認(rèn)識，一般只限定于它的材料、設(shè)計風(fēng)格、色調(diào)和耐用度上了，對它的制做，我們就非常陌生了，實際上所有的衣物全是先依據(jù)樣版繪制出排料圖，隨后進(jìn)行剪裁、縫紉加工而成的，不同的工藝方面都是有不同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。下邊濟(jì)南服裝廠來講講主要來認(rèn)識其剪裁工藝上的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

（3）剪裁標(biāo)準(zhǔn)下刀精確，線框直順順暢。鋪型不可過厚，布料上下層不偏刀。

(3) The cutting standard is accurate and the wire frame is straight and smooth. The paving shall not be too thick, and the upper and lower layers of the cloth shall not be skewed.

（4）依據(jù)樣版對位標(biāo)記裁切刀口。

(4) Mark the cutting edge according to the template alignment.

（5）選用錐孔標(biāo)記時要注意不能影響到工作服的外型。剪裁后要進(jìn)行清點數(shù)量和驗片工作，并依據(jù)濟(jì)南工作服規(guī)格分堆捆扎，附上票簽注明款號、部位、規(guī)格等。
